Our Staff
Amber Care: Experienced and Qualified Staff
Our Team:
The staff at Amber Care come from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of experience, skills, and qualifications, including NVQ2 and NVQ3 certifications. Alongside our dedicated care staff, we have a coordinators administrative team based in our office on King Street. These coordinators may communicate with service users via telephone to ensure seamless and effective service.

Rigorous Hiring Standards:
At Amber Care, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our service users. Therefore, all potential employees must meet the following criteria before being offered a position:
1. Medical Fitness:
- Candidates must provide a fit medical statement confirming their capability to perform their duties.
2. Background Check:
- A satisfactory enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) disclosure check is required to ensure there are no disqualifying factors in their background.
3. References:
- Candidates must provide two satisfactory references, with one being from their current or most recent employer.
- Referees will be asked to comment specifically on the candidate's suitability to work with domiciliary care service users.
